职位描述Handle and maintain daily ServicePoint operations, including queue management, drop-off shipment and collection handling, shipment check, payment collection, etc. Handle enquiries of walk-in customers and provide quality customer services to win happy customers with high satisfaction and loyalty Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling of cash shipment and, value-added services or referrals to appropriate sales teams Introduce sales promotional programs to walk-in customers or through calls when needed perform general clerical support such as data entry, reporting etc. Support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superior HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate Experience in retail / counter services is an advantage Service mindset and good adaptability skills Effective interpersonal, good communication and telephone handling skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Familiar with PC skills Willing to perform shift duty and occasionally travel between ServicePoints Immediate available or short-time notice is highly preferred

Working Hours : 一星期返小時, 星期日及公眾假期休息
