Responsibility

• Conduct global organizational analysis, design and implement organizational restructuring in line with the company's needs at different stages of development, to ensure effective execution of related tasks
• Responsible for internal alignment and optimization of job responsibilities, clarifying the scope of responsibilities between headquarters, regional offices, and overseas units to enhance the company's operational efficiency
• Establish and improve the company's management framework and standards; coordinate and monitor the development and implementation across departments
• Conduct regular inspection on the execution of company policies to ensure compliance
• Build the company's process management system, establish process management standards, and continuously promote the optimization of internal processes
• Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor
