As an Head of Supply Chain, you will ...
- Lead and / or participate across teams to plan and manage product life cycle, including launch planning, sustaining planning and End of life management
- Play a key role in ensuring supply availability based on various lead time per product
- Lead process and performance management to optimise inventory availability and In-stock
- Refine and optimise order management processes to accommodate challenges and changes in the business environment
- Collaborate with internal teams such as warehouse fulfilment & logistics on metrics and ensure capacity availability during peak period
- Partner with customer service and external stakeholders to drive on time resolution of escalations.
- Challenge the status quot and adopt a challenger mindset
- Leverage resources, customer feedback and data to drive better upstream decision making and shared values
