We are seeking a commercially minded and client-focused Strategic Program Manager, Worker Survey to lead the delivery of our premium worker survey programs, a flagship component of our ESG and sustainability solutions. This role is pivotal in driving client success through strategic program oversight, stakeholder engagement, and insight delivery, with a strong foundation in data interpretation and program analytics.
You will work closely with multinational clients, including well-known global brands and retailers across diverse sectors, to design and implement survey strategies that elevate worker voice and inform responsible sourcing decisions. The role requires a balance of client engagement, program coordination, and analytical thinking, supported by cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, translating business objectives into tailored survey strategies that align with ESG and responsible sourcing priorities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of global survey programs, ensuring timely, adaptive, and high-quality execution across diverse operational contexts
- Analyse and interpret survey data to generate actionable insights, and lead the development of client-facing reports and dashboards
- Communicate with impact, ensuring that worker voice insights are clearly and meaningfully articulated to diverse audiences
- Support business development by identifying client opportunities, contributing to solution design, and participating in client presentations and proposals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed survey insights into broader business processes, enhancing the strategic value of worker voice data
- Drive continuous improvement by refining methodologies, optimizing delivery processes, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related disciplinesMinimum years of experience in program management, client engagement, or data-driven roles, ideally within ESG, consulting, or service delivery environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholdersProficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms; experience with CRM systems ( Salesforce) is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into meaningful business narrativesCustomer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality outcomes
