Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably with the FMCG or premium spirits industryProven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targetsStrong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales reportingGood in English and Cantonese with Mandarin language skills being an advantageA Place For Everyone
