Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Responsible for daily café’s operation, cash handling and customer interaction
- Prepare and promote the high standard coffee, beverages, light food and merchandise
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the café environment
- Passion for RL brand and the coffee industry
- Creating the Ralph Coffee’s experience to customers and promoting RL coffee culture
- Insert new customer experiences with Ralph's coffee brand
- Kitchen hygiene knowledge & Barista Qualification is a plus
