Responsibility
- Take sole responsibility of daily operations and quality issue of clearing service and ensure supreme user experience.
- Follow up and facilitate the service delivery for new accounts and new product deployment.
- Regular trace and check the clearing process of customers, partners and internal teams to ensure correct clearing and settlement will be arranged on timly manner
- Interface with the customer for operations issues after issues have followed proper escalation procedures and failed to obtain the correct level of support.
- Attend regular performance review calls for service, operational for clearing services;
- Attend stewardship meetings with customer
- Provide steady state account management to verify the engagement of New Work follows processes;
- Maintain awareness of day-to-day change and problem process compliance;
- Ensure SLAs are met for per contractual commitment;
- Ability to work across virtual Global teams;
- Hours of Support include 8 X 5 + Emergency Call Out.
Requirements
Fluent both oral and written English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin;5+ years of roaming or roaming clearing experience;Finance certification is a plus;Bachelor’s degree or above.
