About Your Company

Our partner a globally renowned alternative investor that deploys actively in Pan Asia, US and UK. We are looking for a private equity investment associate to join a team of alternative investment professionals to cover both fund allocation and direct investment.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to investment structuring and portfolio management

Conduct in-depth industry and company research, including financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive assessments

Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, including the development of investment theses and recommendations

Support the deal execution process, including the preparation of investment memoranda, coordination with legal and financial advisors, and negotiation of transaction terms

Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, identify value creation opportunities, and contribute to ongoing portfolio management initiatives

Collaborate with the broader investment team to share insights, ideas, and best practices

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in private equity with a focus Pan Asia, US, UK

Candidates from investment banking, audit firm, consulting firm can be considered

Prior experience in Financial institutions /  fintech would be advantageous

Strong network of contacts within the local business and investment community..

Excellent financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
