Tech Lead – Digital Delivery & Transformation (Consultant / Specialist)

职位描述Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or a related field Over 10 years of relevant experience in IT, 5 years of experience in Digital related projects, 3 of which in the capacity of delivery lead Experience in digital development, cloud technology, mobile application development and troubleshooting Proficient in Cloud and data technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Python, etc), CRM solutions (e.g. MS Dynamics) and Call Center technologies (e.g. IVRS) Knowledge on Insurance industry would be an advantage
Jobs Duties :
- Conduct solution assessment using systematic approach jointly with the business
- Provide end-to-end support for both frontend and backend systems
- Ensure the stability and performance target are met with solution implementation, covering end-to-end components including infrastructure
- Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle from design, development, testing to documentation
- Lead local, vendor and offshore teams to deliver systems on time and within budget
- Analyze and assess technical requirements and impacts across systems
