JOB HIGHLIGHTS

TST / Central / Kwun Tong / Causeway Bay ;  5days (shift working days, fixed working hours);  Japanese trading company for luxury products; Customer Service Officer / Concierge

LANGUAGE REQUIRED

Cantonese, English, Mandarin, Japanese

JOB DUTIES

  • Shop daily operations, stock processing and replenishment, etc.
  • Provide customer service to walk-in customers
  • Communication with HQ supporting team
  • On job training will be provided

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • JLPT N3 or above is preferred
  • 1-2yrs customer services / retail experience is an advantage
  • Good in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table), Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in branded / luxury items is a plus
  • Fresh graduate with retail part-time experience is also welcome!
