职位描述Degree Holder in Computer Science or related subject At least 10 years IT experience which 5+ years in security management and IT governance, preferably in a regional and shared services environment Current CISA, CISM, CISSP, or other security related qualifications are preferred Good ITIL knowledge with certifications Experience in the security aspects of Multiple platforms & operating systems, software Communications and network protocols Information Security frameworks Audit principles Security administration processes Metrics collection and reporting Knowledge in Best practice of Information Security Firewalls VPNs Penetration testing Data loss prevention Disaster recovery and other security solutions Proven client engagement and consulting experience Good hands-on support and technical experience in the design and delivery of managed services for large scale ITO engagements
One of the global top employer that was recognized in 2015 and provides a range of professional, consulting, managed and support services. (i.e. data centre solutions, security solutions, network integration, converged communications, etc), is now seeking a Security Service Architect to join their professional team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Designing, scoping, assessing and delivering security IT Operations solutions, Service Design, and Service Delivery Model to meet client expectations / requirements which agreed in the SOW
- As a subject matter expertise, evangelist and advocate in Security Managed Services solutions
- Think of a value proposition for the proposed security related IT Operations solution that let the client understand why they need to outsource their operation
- Consolidate the necessary standard Managed Services solutions to construct service solutions
- Present company’s Security Managed Services and value proposition as an introductory session to the client
- Assist on growing and expanding company’s Managed Services and ITO business for security related services and solutions by providing innovative ideas
- Work with Sales teams / in-country ITO Service Sales to identify and qualify security related ITO opportunities and provide advice, guidance and skills transfer
- Work with sales to pursue, design, negotiate and win innovative solutions for security IT outsourcing engagements
- Provide advice to ensure the transition of client’s security IT Operations environment with minimal business disruption
- Provide advice on the design and intent of an outsourcing solution
- Perform workshops, forums to build knowledge and experience in best practices of security related ITO solution design and communicate new regional / global security related ITO strategies or solutions for go-to-market
- Assist in the development of sales / pre-sales presentations, templates, calculators to support the security related IT Outsourcing business
