Works Supervisor (Building Services) (ASD Secondment - Shek Kip Mei)

Qualification and Job Description

• Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent; or
• At least 5 years experience as a skilled worker in the field of Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering; or
• Successfully completed a recognized technician apprenticeship in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering; and
• Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard;
• Obtain the Certificate of the following courses : (a)  Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) Course; (b) Basic Accident Prevention Course; (c) Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and (d) Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces;
• Work on Shek Kip Mei Site.
