Our client is a primary research business providing professional service to Private and Public Equity Investors, Investment Consultants, Investment Managers etc. Now Forum team is looking for Japanese speaking Junior Research Analyst for their business expansion in Japan Market!

Exciting New Role for You

You will perform research on industries and businesses in Pan-Asia region, with a focus on the Japan market, in order to source and identify the most relevant individuals (C-level executives and practitioners working at the heart of their industries) to take part in moderated interviews
You will be engaging these individuals to invite them to participate in our research, while assessing and ensuring that their insights are relevant and their fees are within budget
Engaging these individuals to invite them to participate in the research project, while assessing and ensuring that their insights are relevant and their fees are within budget
Responsible for building a professional network and monitoring the relevant markets / companies in the assigned sector areas according to Forum content coverage strategies
You need to work in tight deadlines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across different global offices

Requirements

Must to have a real interest in financial markets and the alternative investments space

Native level in Japanese or equivalent level with JLPT N1 and excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with C-level industry experts on the phone

Good command in English to communicate internally

Demonstrable skill in carrying out phone-based and desktop research with a logical and focused approach

Self-motivated; a resourceful nature, with a diligent and proactive approach to their work

The ability to work well within a team, in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Positive and can-do attitude are essential

The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively and reached assigned KPIs

Basic PC software skill (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

Working with professional Industrial Analysts in a dynamic and transportation convenient office. Very flexible working environment. Opportunity to be a valuable asset in a leading Investment Research company
