Background : My client is a well-known enterprise in Hong Kong and they are now looking for a seasoned HRMS Project Manager to work on a transformation initiatives.
Job Scope
- Drive projects needed by business and report progress to concerned stakeholders
- Work along with project consultants, user IT team members and vendors
- Understand customer requirements act as a bridge between Business teams, client IT teams, internal consultant teams and vendors
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc review meetings on projects
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects and change efforts
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans (including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, mentoring plan, training plan and resistance management plan)
- Work closely with sponsors and project teams to integrate change management activities and strategy into the project plan and support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
- Conduct change assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
Requirements
10 - 15+ years of experience is HR Management SystemsProven experience in Project Management & project planning (MS Project / other tools) & tracking.Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededExperience in coordination / conflict handling / program solvingExperience in business process mapping with a holistic view of systems end to endDegree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration or other relevant disciplinePossess relevant PMP & HRMS certifications will be an advantage, but not a mustSpeaks fluent Chinese and English
