Position : Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer

Industry : Finance / Traveling

Monthly Salary : up to HKD 25K / M

Job description :

  • To provide customer services at the front desk
  • Inbound tourism support (including but not limited to hotel, restaurant, operational tour, massage booking)
  • Support marketing research  / promotion strategy
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiry from customer
  • Communication with Japan HQ

Requirements :

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years relevant customer service & marketing experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1)
  • With stable working history, willing to stay with the company for a long term
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

    • Benefit :

  • Shift working, Fixed Time 0900-1800
  • Discretionary bonus

  • Annual leave : 1st yr (15 days)

  • Transportation allowance

    • Working Hours : Shift work, working hour fixed 9 : 00〜18 : 00
