工作職責




  • 協助統籌及協調各分判商施工項目

  • 負責監控工程進度，推動各項施工步驟以確保工程能依計劃完成

  • 負責識別及協調所有問題事項，並能獨立處理及解決現場的任何問題

  • 推動及實行地盤施工安全工作



需要條件




  • 初中程度，具備TCP T1資格

  • 持有建築系監工證書或以上程度更佳

  • 持有效建造業安全訓練證明書 (即平安咭)及建築業安全督導員訓練證明書

  • 8年或以上樓宇建築地盤工作經驗

  • 熟悉地盤運作及統籌工作，能獨立處理地盤工程

  • 中文書寫能力及能理解英文書信更佳

  • 如經驗較少者可申請地盤管工/助理管工
