About the Role

  • Advise on M&A, JV's, carve-outs, data privacy, licensing, and more
  • Provide comprehensive IP advice throughout its lifecycle
  • Collaborate with a lead partner and colleagues across Asia-Pacific and internationally
  • Take on challenging work with immediate responsibility

About You

  • 3-6 PQE (UK scale) with experience from a leading international law firm
  • Strong background in corporate IP law and transactional experience
  • Fluent in Chinese
  • Candidates from HK / SG / UK, Australia / NZ, US welcome to apply
