Temporary Customer Service Executive (1 year contract)

- Answer inbound calls for general customer service enquiries, offer phone insurance enrolment services and policy retention activities
- Manage email correspondence & address customer enquiries
- Maintaining professional and good image to customer on providing business services

Diploma holder or above in any disciplineMust qualified with IIQE Paper 1 and 2Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, Chinese typing skill is preferredPC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
