Your new role
- Be in charge of a team of staff responsible for Agencypensation
- Handle the review and application of distribution administration policies
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of distribution payments, calculations and refunds
- Review manuals and procedures to ensure workflow processes are up-to-date and effective
- Assist in financial reporting and documentation for internal review
- Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders for the smooth process of agencypensation
- Be a key business partner in the back-office for life insurance distribution operations
- Lead and handle the project implementation of the department's process improvement plans
- Liaise with IT and other stakeholders for analysis and user requirements
- Assist in UAT tests and system enhancement works
