Senior Designer / Product Developer (Sportswear)

职位描述Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Clothing / Design or related subjects Experience in design, product development, manufacturing, or a related role Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels Passion for innovation and a track record of bringing successful new products to market
Key responsibilities
- Handle product development, costing, sampling and follow-up bulk production
- Understand market trends and translate them into new product concepts and designs
- Design and development product to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the quality and budget requirements
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet performance and quality standards
- Monitor product performance in the market and collect customer feedback to inform future product improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, technological advancements, and competitive landscape
