Job Description

We are looking for a Flight Coordinator in our EF Education First Transportation team. You will be part of a fun, young, and fast-paced central transportation team located in our corporate office in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for producing cost-effective and safe flight solutions for our Asian students traveling on language programs to our schools throughout the world.

Your responsibilities .

  • Provide timely and efficient support / communication to Sales offices for Asia countries
  • Provide consultancy services for flight reservations and ticketing through using Amadeus GDS
  • Sound product & service knowledge with hands on reservation and ticketing skills
  • Prepare cost-effective transport solutions meeting both budget and quality targets
  • Works closely with all stakeholders to provide best options and find solutions for transport
  • Maintain positive relationships with airlines when handling any issues or exceptions

    • Your qualifications & experiences

  • Degree holder in tourism, hospitality, or related disciplines
  • Min. 2 years of work experience within either travel industry, transport / logistics, or operations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous GDS experience, using Amadeus is an advantage
  • Previous experience working or studying in an international environment is preferred
