  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience; with 2 years of supervisory level experience in luxury Hotel industry / fine dining restaurant operation
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Service-oriented with outgoing personality
  • Innovative and strong sense of market trends
  • Presentable with strong leadership skills
  • Proactive, customer and business oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
