What you'll do?

Drive commercial, service level, and operations performance for attractions globally, ranging from theme parks, museums, zoos & aquariums, playgrounds to shows and sport matches.

Strategy : Co-develop business model and roadmaps for the vertical, from supply to demand to business strategy and technology innovation. Work with regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and projects.

Program Management : Rollout & support programs globally to drive vertical service level performance at scale.

Data Analysis : Support data operations, monitor and analyze commercial and operational performance.

Market Research : Collect market information to facilitate business decisions by crawling websites

What you’ll need :

Interested in start-up and travel products

Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, good communication and presentation skills

Result-oriented and details focused

A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required

Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones

Team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment

Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to distill insights with data from multiple sources

Coding and crawling skills (e.g. Python) to deal with large amount of qualitative and quantitative information
