We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Campaign and Channels Management.
Principal Responsibilities
Reporting to Division Head, Digital Lending and Channels Management, your role and responsibilities will include the followings :
- Utilizing expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) increase brand recognition and generate revenue through strategic marketing campaigns for digital lending products across online & offline channels
- Working closely with various internal stakeholders included but not limited to marketing, sales & client coverage team and frontline relationship manager on oversee all aspect of marketing campaigns management from setting campaign objectives, defining targeted channels, and analysing performance matrix
- Carrying out extensive market research to define and highlight HSBC’s unique propositions against our competitors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experienceStrong Commercial Sense is high desirableCandidates with solid experience and knowledge related to digital lending products is a big plusProven experience in project & campaign management in both online & offline channelsStrong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skillsSelf-starter and able to deliver the project’s timeline with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work with internal stakeholders and external customers
