Responsibilities
1. Oversee the project progress and planning on digitalization related projects across the Group including Office Automation;
2. Design project plan on different stages and walk through the implementation according to the scheduled timeline and budget;
3. Responsible for budget control and project P&L management;
4. Identify and analyze business requirements, and manage all stages of system development;
5. Propose new technology / solutions to integrate with existing and future systems;
6. Provide system training and briefing sessions to users on deployed systems and applications;
7. Perform vendor and contract management and review vendors’ system documentation;
8. IT liaison and advisory on system security on various applications.
Requirements(任职要求)
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines; preferably with PMP or equivalent qualifications
2. At least 10 years’ relevant experience in IT system design, development and management of core projects; including not less than 2 years project management experience on implementing management systems for asset and wealth management, brokerage or insurance
