We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategic planning, development, and full lifecycle management of fintech products. Candidates should have a deep background in the fintech industry, the ability to drive the launch of innovative products, and the capacity to lead teams in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute long-term strategies and annual roadmaps for fintech products to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• Lead product requirement analysis, priority setting, and iteration planning, coordinating with technology, design, marketing, and operations teams for efficient product delivery.
• Deeply understand global fintech trends, regulatory policies, and user needs to drive product innovation and enhance competitiveness.
• Manage the product team, including talent recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development planning.
• Collaborate closely with global partners and cross-regional teams to ensure products meet international standards and localized needs.
• Continuously optimize product experience through data analysis and user feedback to improve user retention and commercial value.
