Key Responsibilities :
- Client Advisory & Solutions : Serve as a trusted consultant, developing and delivering tailored employee benefits packages that align with client needs, including group medical, life, accident, and wellness programs.
- Strategic Account Management : Lead key corporate accounts, ensuring seamless service, policy renewals, underwriting coordination, and claims support.
- Team Leadership & Development : Mentor a team of account managers, driving excellence in employee benefits consulting and corporate insurance servicing.
- Market & Regulatory Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and corporate benefits best practices, ensuring clients receive the latest insights.
Who We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.10+ years of experience in corporate insurance or employee benefits account management .Expertise in group medical, group life, wellness benefits , and corporate risk solutions.Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams or mentoring junior colleagues.IIQE 1 & 2 certification preferred.Strategic mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills .How to Apply :
