Knowledge / Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in Analytics and Data functions in the financial / banking or allied sectors with preference on Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending domain
- Experience in strategy development, marketing, quantitative analysis, product profitability modelling and financial analysis, across multiple financial product categories and customer segments
- Technical knowledge of customer segmentation, digital marketing, model building, portfolio analytics, data mining, behavioral economics applications, and market / industry reviews for strategy formulation
- Experience with customer lifecycle management and marketing
- Experience with customer base marketing initiatives, particularly product retailing to the mass market and affluent segments via multiple distribution channels

Responsible for delivering a best-in-class Data, Analytics and CRM solutions.Support product development, pricing, and portfolio management strategies with measurable commercial impact across P&L lines.Customer engagement strategies that deliver a coherent multi-channel, multi-stage contact strategy to maximize customer relevance throughout their dialogue.Work cross-functionally with the various BI / MI teams to standardize reporting and build a consistent and self-serve environment for colleagues across the organization.Ensure relevant Global CoE capabilities are leveraged to help deliver growth aspirations.Number of Vacancies
