As a Full-stack Software Engineer, you will designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains and improves business applications as a member of a team, works across full-stack through entire software development lifecycle.

We are looking for someone with :

University / polytechnic graduate in any computer related discipline

At least 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience

Hand-on experience in any of the following :

Oracle, PL / SQL, Oracle forms & report

Java, Microservices / PCF development

IBM AIX Unix

Experience in life insurance industry preferred

Ability to guide multiple initiatives across multiple teams

Mentor and develop technical skills in squad and team members

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proactive, self-motivated and adapted to changes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua), both spoken and written

Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules

On the job you will :

Manage technical implementation of cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, other cross-cutting needs

Responsible to oversees the regular system release, system maintenance & upgrade project for in-house insurance application systems in waterfall and / or agile methodology

Responsible for project scoping, resources planning, project status monitoring & reporting and project risk mitigation

Leading the local & offshore development team to manage user requirement, support system design, development

Managing medium scale project

Leading offshore developers
