In this position, you will :
- Collaborate closely with external and internal teams to ensure successful rollout campaigns for new products, services, and offers
- Communicate with internal and external teams on promotion channels and the production and demonstration of promotion material design
- Assist in the creation and execution of prepaid product and service workflow, including designing the user journey, liaision with the IT team for product and service. Support UAT & PAT before launch & regular product and service review.
- Prepare and review reports and monitor promotion activity effectiveness
- Monitor competitors' activities and stay updated on market trends to identify potential threats or opportunities.
- Assist in service bills handling and follow up customer cases / complaints referred by customer service
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplinesMinimum 5 years of working experience in consumer marketing / technology / telecom industrySolid experience in implementing end to end acquisition program, developing marketing plans and campaignsGood understanding in business operationsStrong project management, multitasking, presentation and interpersonal skillsKnowledge in IT system is a plusSelf-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressureCandidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing ExecutiveWhen you work :
