Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate) | HK listed Major Conglomerate | HKG

A leading Hong Kong conglomerate is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to join it's growing legal team. This key role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the legal and regulatory integrity of leading listed companies in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and draft agreements, announcements, and circulars
• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments, offering strategic guidance to internal stakeholders
• Prepare responses to consultation papers and contribute to policy development and design and implement compliance processes and deliver internal training programs
• Collaborate with the company secretarial team to manage all aspects of compliance for listed companies, including HK Listing Rules, SFO, Companies Ordinance, and Takeover Code
• Advise on general corporate and operational matters, including employment, marketing, data privacy, and other business-related legal issues
