Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners in Modern Trade retail and E-Commerce channels
Customer account management, includes replying customer queries, quotation enquiries, product management, identify upcoming business opportunities, negotiate on terms and conditions, etc.
Monitor F&B industry trends, competitor activities, evaluate program effectiveness and translate data into meaningful business insights for further action plans
Develop and execute marketing & sales plan to increase brand exposure, plan and monitor yearly marketing budget plan.
Manage the trade promotion fund and listing fees, ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop and execute POSM placement, demo program, cooperative advertising, sales incentives, end-consumer promotions, trade training etc
Assist supervisor to achieve assigned sales target
Coordinate with Quality Control Team for after-sale services
Prepare sales related reports (i.e. sales performance, principal presentation, etc.) on regular basis
Handle customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales, post-sales and after sales service support to customers
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience, exposure in Food & Beverage industry is preferable
Strong analytical and numerical sense, good organizational and time management skills
Hands-on practices in various aspects of marketing projects are an added value
Coffee related Certificates, especially recognized by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA or other institution), is a plus
Certificate in Coffee knowledge or relevant training will be an advantage
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
