• Be responsible for the QS, contract, tender and cost management of prestigious property development in Hong Kong, including cost estimation, budget control, tender and contract administration, etc.
• Daily cost management including evaluation of variations, payment assessment, tender documents review, etc.
• Liaise and collaborate with consultants to achieve development objectives, with particular emphasis on cost effectiveness and contractual and QS matters
• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying
• HKIS / RICS or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years of QS experiences within client / property developers
• Solid Hong Kong local project experiences, preferably with track record in delivering mid to large-scale new build / redevelopment work projects
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
