Responsibilities

  • Design, development and support of high-performance electronic trading systems.
  • Partner with business users, quant researchers and clients on product development
  • Manage and support a global team of developers & QA specialists.
  • Continuous improvements of SDLC processes including Agile delivery, automated testing, CI / CD pipelines & support processes.
  • Envision, design and implement test cases for trading functions.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge either Java or C++.
  • Demonstrable expertise in low-latency trading, zero garbage techniques and performance tuning of OS & network interactions.
  • Prior experience in leading global development teams.
  • Previous experience in developing automated trading platforms.
  • Strong understanding of automated testing techniques.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC practices including Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals and meet deadlines.
  • Strongmunication skills with a demonstrable ability to present & graspplex concepts in a multicultural environment.
