职位描述1+ years experience in the position of Receptionist or a similar role Experience with the some booking system and Microsoft Office. Good interpersonal and communication skills Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skill Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or Five Star Hotels is a big plus Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you A high level of energy and a good team player Mature and confident, with excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills Fluency in English is a must 6-Days Off per month Duty Meals provided Staff Discount Location allowance 12 days of annual leave Comprehensive Medical & Dental Plan Discretionary bonus 1 年以上接待員、飯店或類似職位的經驗 Microsoft Office 的經驗。 6 天例假 12天年假
What you will be doing :
- Maintain smooth flow and high quality of service in the reception
- Work closely with other team members and make sure guest’s expectation is well managed
- Provide professional Guest Relations
- Manage all the communications channels for the reservations and enquiry
Work Schedule : 9.5 hours per day including 1hour break.
Shift time : 05 : 00 ~ 00 : 30 (Shift work is required)
