职位描述Bachelor's degree in Business with minimum 3 years relevant working experience Working experience in a customer service oriented environment with strong emphasis on business planning in Luxury industry will be an advantage High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with data analysis using different tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is preferable Ability to work under tight deadline, handle multiple projects as well as responsive to ad-hoc request High sensitivity on the quality and compliance in the course of work Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, and the essential traits - good team player, detail-minded, energetic, highly versatile Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin language skills would be an advantage
The Job
You will :
- Prepare regular reports to keep track the business performance
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper execution of initiatives on venues / projects
- Obtain / Conduct and analysis market research, including market trend, consumers' insight
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist Manager in resource management, such as budget control
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
