What You Will Get To Do :

  • Build trusted relationships with the Clients' key users in APAC
  • Act as escalation point and subject matter expert across internal teams on both day to day queries as well as strategic requests and initiatives
  • Capture client feedback to drive strategic change initiatives and trend analysis
  • Architect and engineer full solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients
  • Own and execute workflow and business changes in our clients’ environments
  • Adhere to change & project processes and proactively improve best practices
  • Responsible and accountable for the quality of service delivered to clients
  • Understand and document business requirements for implementations, complex projects, and widespread support
  • Keep current with the evolution of industry and product
  • Assist Sales with new deal vetting as needed during the pre-sales process
  • What You Will Bring :

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Investment Technology, particularly in Trading, Operations, or Accounting.
  • Strong background in system implementation and configuration for accounting or trading platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and project timelines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Development teams to influence product enhancements.
  • Understanding of account and relationship management best practices.
  • Knowledge of SQL or proficiency in other coding languages a plus.
