Responsibilities

  • Conduct regularpliance reviews and audits of asset management operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation ofpliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensurepliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting asset management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 of experience inpliance, specifically with authorized funds, including ETFs and VA funds.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks andpliance requirements in the asset management space.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
