职位描述5+ years in QA Engineering with strong experience in JavaScript / TypeScript or Java Manual and automated testing across desktop, mobile, and tablet Experience with Playwright, Robot Framework, or Selenium Performance testing using Apache JMeter Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB) Familiarity with monitoring / debugging tools (ElasticSearch, Prometheus, New Relic, Firebase) Strong communication skills in English Experience with Docker, CI / CD pipelines, Jenkins Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban) Proven leadership and mentoring experience Analytical thinking and problem-solving Clear and adaptive communication Team collaboration and inclusion Customer-focused mindset Planning and organizational skills Initiative and accountability Resilience and adaptability
About the Role
Our client is a global conglomerate looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join its fast-paced digital transformation team. This role is focused on ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise platforms used across international operations.
Youll contribute to modernizing legacy systems and building scalable, high-impact solutions. The position offers opportunities to lead, innovate, and grow within a dynamic tech environment.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a mid-level QA Engineer role with a clear path to advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute QA strategies for front-end and back-end systems
- Define quality standards across performance, stability, and security
- Drive automation using modern frameworks and AI-enhanced testing tools
- Manage test planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote technical excellence
