Job Description :
The Cybersecurity Pre-Sale Support professional is responsible for providing technical expertise and pre-sales support to prospective customers interested in the organization's cybersecurity solutions and services. This role acts as a technical liaison between the sales team and the customer, ensuring a seamless and informed buying experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments of the customer's IT infrastructure and security posture to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Develop customized cybersecurity solution proposals that address the customer's requirements, including detailed technical specifications, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
- Demonstrate the organization's cybersecurity products and services to customers, highlighting their features, capabilities, and benefits.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, assisting them in effectively communicating the technical aspects of the offerings to the customer.
- Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and product roadmaps.
- Participate in pre-sales meetings, client presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the organization's cybersecurity solutions.
- Assist in the development of marketing and sales collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive technical support throughout the pre-sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 8 years of experience in a cybersecurity or IT security-related role, with a strong understanding of various security technologies and best practices.Hands-on experience with implementing and configuring cybersecurity solutions, such as Attack Simulation, Threat Exposure Management, EDR, SIEM and identity and access management.Excellent technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer security challenges.Certification in relevant cybersecurity domains, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, is preferred.Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance frameworks, such as NIST, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001, is an advantage.LPS Additional Locations :
