Manage the Actuarial IFRS Business Planning team and personally contribute to :
Job Descriptions :
Business plan production and review :
Prepare detailed work plan and manage the team to deliver the IFRS business plan, forecasting and sensitivity results. Conduct analytical review to ensure the robustness of the results and present to management.
KPI and change management :
Assist in quantification of management initiatives to manage and enhance IFRS operating profits (one of the KPIs) especially the year-on-year growth and sustainability.
Business plan process and control
Identify areas to enhance business plan process and control so as to maximize both the quality and quantity of the output and produced in an efficient manner.
Team management :
Provide guidance and support to working level on both technical and non-technical areas.
Job Requirements :
Expect at least 6 years of working experience with 2 at managerial level.
Fellow / Close to Fellow Actuary
Financial reporting and management experience
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Actuarial Manager
