Omakase Restaurant Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for daily operation of the restaurant
- Good understanding of the contents of menu, and providing recommendations to customers when required
- Maximize customers satisfaction by providing excellent food and beverage service in a competent and professional manner
- Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene, and work safety issues
- Manage inventory level, movement, and delivery schedule regularly
- Lead, supervisor and motivate the team to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, service standards, and business development
Job Requirements :
Diploma or equivalent education qualificationAt least 4 years relevant working experience at a Japanese restaurantHave passion in Japanese cuisineExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsExcellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; Japanese speaking is a bonusGood team player and ability to work under pressureStrong leadership skills & problem-solving skillsGood in decision-making, flexibility, and analytical skillsResponsible and passionate in catering service and Japanese cuisinesWine and sake experience is a plusThe right candidates will be offered :
