Training Administration Manager (Agency Training)

- To monitor the Team in smooth running of all operations, including training support, report generation, performance tracking, budgeting etc.
- To allocate Team resources to ensure smooth running of daily operation
- To ensure the logistic support to daily training activities in complying with regulatory requirement
- To monitor the office administration and supervise the clerical staff
- To develop long-term plans for the administration team in order to accomplish the training mission
- Review the training manual periodically to ensure the process updating
- To link training operations with other organizational units
- To provide data analysis for management reporting
- To manager projects being assigned by Management
- To coach junior staff on daily task so as fostering staff development and meeting team goals
- To prepare and develop the Learning Management System
