Job Description

Project Manager (Junior / Senior) (30K-60K) for Bank projects

Act as a project manager between different stakeholders including internal & external parties.

Handle project related tasks such as prioritization, escalations and tracking project status.
Ensure quality and timeline of projects
Report and track resolution of issues to ensure product integrity is achieved at the final stage of project
Preparation of project progress report

Senior) Project Specialist / Business Analyst / PMO Support / Project Officer

Project Trainee (with training, Fresh graduate welcome)

Responsibilities

Handle user requirement collection, business analysis and project management of various application,

Liaise with business users on scope, testing plans

Perform Quality Assurance and provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support of the application

Prepare System Specification and user documentation writing up

Project management work

Proper training will be provided to the junior / fresh

Project Assistant / UAT Tester

Fresh / less experience welcome)

Participate in business projects and ensure quality delivery of the systems

Support project co-ordination

Prepare test plan and participate in quality assurance testing cycles

Conduct SIT to ensure the enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications

Support UAT, prepare user manual and conduct training

Fresh graduate also welcome for junior role

Job Requirement :

Project Manager (Junior / Senior) (30K-60K) for Bank projects

Requirements :

4 years relevant working experience preferred

Willing to learn and work in a fast changing environment

Passion to develop career in IT / financial field

Good communication skill and presentation skill

More experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager

Requirements

Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines

Min 2 years relevant experience in project management / business analysis

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Fresh graduate or less experience also considered and proper training will be provided as Project Trainee

More experience will consider as Senior Business Analyst / Project Specialist
