Responsibility
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with channel (especially online) partners. Coordinate the involvement of both company and channel resources to meet sales and marketing targets
- Sales and Marketing Channel planning & management. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. Proactively assess, clarify, and validatepartner needs and performance on an ongoing basis to make sure the efficiency of sales channels and to avoid channel conflicts
- Work closely with general manager to identify and drive partner programs and events to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Degree or above in Business, Marketing or relevant subjectMinimum 10 years’ relevant experience; experience in marketing related position, channel management and online channel experience is preferredCreative and well versed in social media and other digital toolsGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word ProcessingExcellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is MUST
