Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with marketing goals.
- Select the right media channels and KOLs for targeted campaigns, ensuring optimal reach and engagement, primary in mainland market, but also overseas market
- Determine the appropriate formats for cooperation with the media (e.g., advertorials, editorials).
- Create and manage content that resonates with both domestic and overseas audiences.
- Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of media campaigns.
- Analyze the ROI of various media partnerships and campaigns to inform future strategies.
- Oversee the management of social media accounts (WeChat, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and brand awareness, where WeChat is the focus.
- Develop content, content calendars and monitor performance.
- Conduct research on trends in both the Mainland Chinese market and overseas markets to inform media strategy.
- Stay updated on the evolving landscape of media and KOLs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and KOLs.
- Draft press releases, editorials and manage outreach efforts.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in media planning, content creation, including more than 5 years of experience for China Market at leastBachelor's degree or aboveHolding a degree in Communications, Public Relations, JournalismWorking experience in IT industry, Telecom industry and To B industry for China market will be a plusCreative, detailed-minded, independent, and strong project management skillsGood team player with communication skillsProactive, able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime and weekend when needed
