职位描述HKDSE or above, with training in security and supervisory management Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in security and management field, preferable in Grade A commercial building Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP) Knowledge of building facilities operations Possession of valid driving license is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Mature, able to work independently and under pressure Ex-Police Force experience is an advantage Shift duty is required

Responsibilities :
- Monitor and assist in the daily operation of customer service team
- Conduct security inspection and risk assessment
- Monitor the performance and discipline of the security team
- Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate daily operation
- Prepare manpower planning for crowd control in the events
- Deal with VIP or VVIP security matter and any other ad-hoc operational & emergency issues
- Check defects during takeover stage
