TOYS PRODUCT DESIGNER - toy manufacturer (Chai Wan / 5 days work)

职位描述Work independently for toys product design and coordinate product development for assigned toys brands / customers Conceptualize and create innovative toy designs that align with market trends and consumer preferences. Develop sketches, prototypes, and detailed design plans for new toy products. Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with branding and manufacturing capabilities. Select appropriate materials and ensure designs meet safety regulations and quality standards. Revise and refine designs based on testing feedback and client input. Coordinate with Shenzhen Product Development team for prototype Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in toy design and production technologies. Perform graphic design when required Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. Experience in toy design or a similar industry. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks...etc Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box. Knowledge of child safety standards and regulations for toys. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Occasional Shenzhen trip 5 days work 13 months salary + performance bonus Work-life balance culture Friendly work culture
