Responsibilities

  • Reactivate existing Treasures customers to identify their needs and explore AUM top up opportunity
  • Acquire new to bank Treasures customer from different channels
  • As a Digital Ambassador for General Banking services
  • Provide superior service to customers in accordance with the Treasures Customer Interaction Model and the Bank’s service standards
  • Adhere all internal policies & procedure, guideline, including the staff licensing, fit and properness of staff, anti-money laundering policy, Know Your Customer principles and refined sales process. Assist CSM to ensure KYC, anti-money laundering, documentation completeness in account opening and in each deal

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in consumer banking industry with strong sales drive
  • Exposure to investment products and priority banking services preferred
  • Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for selling
  • Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certified Retail Wealth Professional preferred
  • HKIB Certified Banker preferred
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English are required
  • Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework preferred
