Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
- Establish, review and implement functional procedure as well as design the performance goals for each functional services
- Develop implementation plans and act as a lead to drive for changes and deliveries
- Evaluate and analyze the service quality against customers’ satisfaction level and feedback; hence to develop relevant action, policies and plans to close the gap
- Work with Marketing Team to develop CRM and engagement related activities
- Handle adhoc projects as required
